FTIR technology offers a huge advantage over other sample collection procedures by analyzing both gaseous organic and inorganic compounds simultaneously onsite with immediate results. FTIR is fast becoming the preferred method for monitoring stack emission sources such as chemical manufacturing, ethanol production, wood products, electronics and automobile industries.

An FTIR spectrometer can be mobilized in the field to collect and analyze data at, or close to, the source. In difficult sampling areas such as an exhaust gas stack, the heated transfer line, heated pump and probe are used to transport the sample from the source to the FTIR instrument. Our trained, experienced field engineers can assist with your field-testing projects.
