Manufacturing Quality Engineer 
Prism Analytical Technologies - East Windsor, CT

Summary/Objective

Prism is a leader in FTIR instrument integration and applications, including the development of advanced gas-measurement instrumentation, and is seeking a full-time Manufacturing/Quality Engineer for its Product Development Center in East Windsor, CT. This position requires a strong, hands-on manufacturing engineer also capable of developing quality standards to develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards and to develop the quality standards in conjunction with the Product Development team and key suppliers. This position engages actively with Product Development on issues of Design for Manufacturability and Quality; recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods, and controls; and coordinates the release of new or revised products.

Electronic/Mechanical Technician

Overview

Prism is a leader in FTIR instrument integration and applications, including the development of advanced gas-measurement instrumentation, and is seeking a full-time Electronic/Mechanical Technician for its Product Development Center in East Windsor, CT. The Technician performs electro-mechanical assembly and testing of production instruments as well as engineering and application prototypes. The Technician will assist engineering projects, participate in new equipment commissioning, maintain production and utilities assets, and troubleshoot failures to identify root cause.

FTIR Field Analyst (chemistry background, 50% travel) 
Prism Analytical Technologies - Mount Pleasant, MI

Job Summary: 
The FTIR Field Analyst will perform in-field FTIR-based testing of a variety of emission sources while directly interacting with clientele. The Field Analyst must be a detail oriented self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team atmosphere. This is an entry level position, requires 25-75% travel, and reports directly to the FTIR Applications Manager. This position offers a flexible schedule, base salary plus commission, and the opportunity to work in a wide variety of industries.

Software Architect (chemical instrumentation) 
Prism Analytical Technologies - East Windsor, CT

Overview
Prism is a leader in FTIR instrument integration and applications, including the development of advanced gas-measurement instrumentation, and is seeking a full-time Software Architect for its new chemical instrumentation business. Prism is developing a new technology known as MAX™ that is a combination of chromatography with optical spectroscopic detection and is continuing to build an engineering team to design, develop, and produce this technology.

This is a new position and the successful candidate will be required to work closely with Prism’s Product Development Center in East Windsor, CT. Applicants located in the Northeastern US are preferential but strong candidates with instrument software design experience will be given serious consideration. Prism will be accepting and reviewing only applications from persons with documented senior level programming experience.

Chemical Instrumentation Sales (biogas market)

Overview

Prism is a leader in FTIR instrument integration and applications, including the development of advanced gas-measurement instrumentation, and is seeking a full-time Sales Executive for its new chemical instrumentation business. Prism is developing a new technology known as MAX™ that is a combination of chromatography with optical spectroscopic detection and we are now building a sales team for selected markets.

This sales position is a new position and is open to all geographical locations. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with Prism’s Product Development Center in East Windsor, CT. Applicants located in the Northeastern US are preferred but strong candidates with experience in our target markets outside this region will be given serious consideration. Prism will be accepting resumes with all levels of experience.

The position will be focus on the Biogas and Syngas markets. Prism’s new MAX technology will be sold into the Biogas and Syngas markets as continuous monitors looking for impurities in the processed gases.
