Method Name:
AS008-AS
SVOC Acid Organic Scan
Marketing/Spec:
AS008-AS SVOC Acid Organic Air Scan is used to quickly and inexpensively identify what semivolatile acid organic compounds are in the air. After sampling, the sorption tube is sent to PATI for the quantitative identification of about 15 common acid organic compounds. Other acid organic compounds detected may also be identified and semiquantified.

Sample collection requires a low volume personal monitoring pump.

Features:
  • Cost effective
  • Semi-quantitation of other major compounds
  • Easy shipping, handling, and storage
  • Reduced project time by quickly determining what compounds are present as well as what compounds are not present
  • Tubes can be ordered and shipped same day at no additional cost
  • Data reduction is performed by experienced, degreed chemists
Applications:
  • Monitoring of work place background and exposure levels
  • Sick building syndrome monitoring
  • Process changeover / process maintenance exposure
  • Sampling of enclosed areas
  • Surveying work areas
